Viva las feiras!

Apesar de gostar bastante de marcas o facto é que não posso propriamente dar-me ao luxo de comprar peças de todos aqueles nomes super caros que deixa qualquer ser humano a babar. Também é por isso que sou adepta das feiras e tenho sorte de ter a maior do país na minha cidade. De vez em quando dou lá um saltinho e esta semana trouxe comigo uma mala e um relógio, tudo por €10 (cada €5). 

Despite loving brands, the fact is that I can't afford all the big names in the industry and its amazing collections capable of letting every person drooling over. I'm a big fan of the street fairs and I'm lucky enough to live in a city where the biggest one in my country takes place every week. Once in a while I go there to check it out and, this last time, I came back home with a new bag and a new white clock. Everything for only €10 ( €5 each). 

Relógios.

Se há coisa que adoro são relógios. Então quando se fala em relógios Michael Kors, agarrem-me, por favor, que vou-me a eles.

If there's something I really love, that thing is a beautiful watch. And if we're talking about Michael Kors' watches then, please, lock me in a room or else I'll commit a crime.

Quero muito, muito, muito um headwraper. Não faço a mínima como se diz em português portanto fica assim!

Também ainda não sei se é algo ficaria bem em mim visto que a parte de baixo do meu rosto é ligeiramente mais larga que a superior, então o volume do cabelo no topo sempre disfarça qualquer coisa. Mas tenho fé e já vi dois modelos que podiam muito bem vir morar cá para casa. ;)

I really, really, really want an headwraper. I don't know yet if it's something that will look good on me because my face is slightly larger at my jawline when compared to the top of my head, and my hair has a certain volume at the top which disguises that. But I've faith and I already saw a couple of them which could totally live at my house! ;)

Paris & Zara !

Uma semana para estar em Paris! E antes disso queria comprar um par de botas e uma mochila fofinha, mas o salário parece nunca mais chegar...

Além disso, não sei se já se deram conta da colecção de colares da Zara. São só a coisa mais adorável de sempre e dói só de olhar e perceber que não se pode ter tudo.

One week until I'm in Paris! Before that I wanted to buy a new pair of boots and a cute bag but my salary seems to take ages to come...

And besides that, I don't know if you already saw Zara's necklace collection. It's just one of the most adorable things ever and it hurts when you look at it and realize you can't have everything.

Coffee. Coffee everywhere!

Hoje saí para um café com uma colega. Tenho sido atacada pelo bicho do aborrecimento por isso foi bom ter algo para me ocupar a cabeça. Além disso, sendo a viciada em café que sou (se cortar os pulsos tenho certezinha absoluta que sai café) foi bom abastecer o organismo porque 24h sem beber uma gotinha foi bastante doloroso para mim.

Today I met a friend for some coffee. Since it feels like I was bitten by the "boredom mosquito" it felt good to have something to focus my mind on. Besides, being the coffee addicted person that I am (if you cut my wrists I'm 100% sure I'll bleed coffee) it was good to feed my body with it. I must admit 24 hours without a single drop of coffee was quite a painful hangover.

 

A camisola é da H&M mas já que sou uma pobre desculpa de pessoa no que toca a altura uso-o como vestido. As meias são da Calzedonia (único sítio em Portugal que vende meias que não consigo romper!) e o anel é da Bijou Brigitte, dos meus favoritos.

The sweater was bought at H&M but since I'm a poor excuse of a person when it comes to height I wear it as a dress. The pantyhose are from Calzedonia (the only place in Portugal selling pantyhose which I can't screw up!) and the ring is from Bijou Brigitte, one of my faves.

Hats!

Adoro chapéus. De todo o tipo, tamanho e cor. Acho que basta usarmos uma roupa bem simples que, complementada com uma boa escolha de chapéu, ganhamos todo um outro aspecto. Além disso nunca saiem de moda e estão sempre a reinventar novos estilos todos os anos.

I love hats. From all the types, size and colors. It's an acessory easy to choose and, when matched with simple clothes, it gives you a brand new look nice to look at! Besides, it's also something that never goes out of fashion, every year there's a new type to wish for.

Adeus, África!

É impressão minha ou o tal tempinho vindo de África foi-se embora sem dar qualquer justificação, o ingrato? Nada conta o pobre coitado, sempre quis visitar África, e estes dias de suor horrendo souberam-me que nem um chocolate quente num dia de chuva mas, podia ao menos ter desaparecido de mansinho. É que o dia hoje por estes lados está ventoso e cinzento. Perfeito para uma queda do humor e uma reavaliação de possíveis actividades a fazer.

Is it me or the weather that apparently came from Africa disappeared without even leaving an explanation? What a bastard! I have nothing against the poor little one, I always wanted to visit Africa and these past few days of pure african sweat have been amazing, but still, it should have been an warning or a sign. It's jut because today is again one of those grey days with a little touch of wind. Perfect for a break in the good mood and a reavaluation of possible activities to do.

Não me interessa se mochos já estão fora de moda ou coisa parecida. Serão sempre coisas adoráveis para se ter no meio das nossas tralhas. E o mesmo aplica-se às pulseiras no pé. Adoro ver aquelas correntes prateadas em torno do calcanhar, dá logo o seu encanto à perna.

I do not care if owls are already out of fashion or close to it, they will always be a lovely thing to have in the middle of our junk. The same applies to bracelets for legs. I love to see those silver chains around the heel, it never fails at giving its own charm to the leg.
