Movies Worth Watching - Part 2

"Olympus Has Fallen". Assisti no outro dia com um grupo de amigos. É um filme que basicamente retrata um ataque coreano à Casa Branca. Para quem gosta de filmes com acção do início ao fim (literalmente!) este será um filme para não perderem. Além disso tem como extra - e que extra - o Gerard Butler, algo sempre maravilhoso de ver em grande plano. O único senão é que alguns dos efeitos especiais deixam um pouco a desejar. Digamos que de certa forma se aproximam dos gráficos que tinha aquele jogo do Super Mário para a SEGA nos anos 90.

"Olympus Has Fallen". Saw this movie with a couple of friends the other day. It's about an hypothetical korean attack to the White House. If you're one of those people who loves movies full of action from the very beginning to the very end (literally!) then this movie can't be missed by you. Besides, as an extra - and what an extra it is - you've Gerard Butler to look at, always a wonderful thing to watch in a big ass tv! The only big no about it are the special effects. for an american movie they could be way better.

Big yay for my new hair!

Sentem-se um bocadinho para saborear tal acontecimento. Depois de dois anos, dois longos anos, fui finalmente ao cabeleireiro. De comprimento apenas cortei as pontas mais secas mas vinguei-me no volume que tinha e no desastre das madeixas californianas. Agora o meu cabelo já parece ter uma cor castanha natural com uma ou outra madeixa loira. O verdadeiro teste, porém, será quando o lavar e regressar ao seu aspecto natural, aí sim poderei ficar 100% satisfeita.

You better sit down for a bit to assimilate the big even which took place a couple of days ago. After two years - two long years! - I finally went to the hairdresser. I only cut my hair tips but now it has way less volume than what it previously had and it actually looks like it has an healthy natural brown-ish color. I'll be 100% convinced when I finally clean it and it goes back to its natural look, tho.
